Yesterday was a great service. The pastor was very energetic and passionate as he spoke, he had everyone's attention the whole way through. The sermon was on judgment, and how we as Christians can be so judging or sarcastic with one another that we can lose intimacy/miss the heart of God/and it can cause everyone to be the same...meaning your too worried what others may say when you wear that, or if you say this...so you don't.
Matthew 7:1-6
What type of judgment? Flows out of superiority/ anger and contempt (v. 1-2). Why avoid Judgment? b/c it insults Grace (v. 3-5). How must we be instead? Deeply involved in relationship with people (v. 6).

I'm going to buy Mere Christianity by C.S Lewis and read it. Maybe start a small group and read it together...
